As the impact of COVID-19 (coronavirus) becomes clear, and we recover from the earthquake that hit Utah earlier this week the health and safety of our clients, friends and colleagues is foremost in our minds as we continue to closely monitor the situation. We are adhering to the CDC guidelines and our building and office spaces have been inspected and cleared post-earthquake.
Jones Waldo is taking active measures to protect the well-being of our employees, clients, guests and community at large, while also ensuring that we will continue to meet our clients’ legal and business needs. We are currently utilizing our existing secure technology to have attorneys and staff work remotely as appropriate to minimize the risk of transmission related to firm business. This will still enable our lawyers and staff to be responsive to your legal and business needs.
Our clients still have our full attention and as a firm we are continuing to monitor developments related to our clients’ industries, and court and government procedures and closures to ensure all deadlines are met and the quality of work clients have come to expect from Jones Waldo will continue. We want to assure you that regardless of what measures are implemented; Jones Waldo will remain fully available to you.
We understand that the problems we face today are not all legal. Equally important, we are prepared and happy to offer counseling and guidance on how to navigate the social, personal, business, and economic difficulties with which we are all struggling. Jones Waldo believes that we are part of a broad network and that by working together, we can find a way through and emerge stronger.
Our thoughts are with all those affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. We wish everyone safety and health as we navigate these challenging times.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to your attorneys at Jones Waldo if we can be of any assistance. As always, we are here for you.
