Represents clients in all aspects of contested and uncontested domestic/family litigation, with a special emphasis in representing clients in cases involving the valuation and division of closely held companies.

Represents small and mid-size companies, including startups, in a variety of transactional matters, including: entity formation, asset purchases, stock purchases, distribution contracts, manufacturing contracts, and various joint venture agreements.
