Lesley represents clients in all areas of litigation. She has a firm grasp of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and vast experience in Federal Court. She is especially well-versed in the discovery process and resolution of discovery disputes. Her significant research abilities allow her to provide sound advice to push cases forward.

In addition to her litigation practice, Lesley also practices in the area of business and employment-related immigration. She is well-versed in obtaining the necessary immigration approvals for specialized temporary employees, such as those qualifying for H-1B visas.
