EXPERTISE:
Represents clients in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, workouts and commercial litigation.
Represents lenders, lessors, owners, contractors and other businesses in litigation, arbitration, mediation and bankruptcy proceedings.
Provides clients with general business advice, particularly with regard to debtor/creditor relationships and the enforcement of creditors’ rights and remedies.
Primarily represents the interest of secured creditors, but he has experience representing all interests participating in bankruptcy proceedings, including the Chapter 11 debtors, trustees, lessors, equity holders, administrative creditors, unsecured creditors, and the unsecured creditors committees.
Represents clients including Wells Fargo Bank, Zions Bank, First National Bank of Boston, Wachovia Bank, Regents Blue Cross Blue Shield, Intermountain Farmers Association, and State Street Bank.
Has also entered an appearance on behalf of firm clients in Chapter 11 proceedings throughout the nation, including the bankruptcy filings of Texaco, Kmart and Spiegel.
