EXPERTISE:
Has significant trial experience as a commercial litigator in several areas including creditor's rights, securities, real estate, competitive issues and antitrust.
Practices labor law focusing on counseling and representing public and private employers on labor and employment matters including, but not limited to collective bargaining, grievances, arbitration, labor litigation and related matters.
Provides clients with services geared toward the prudent and practical management of electronically-stored information in litigation.
Oversees preservation, review and production of electronically-stored information during the course of litigation including implementation of protocols tailored to a client’s particular document and data retention systems to assist in identifying the custodians and locations of discoverable electronically-stored information and the development of methods for collecting data in a defensible manner when litigation is reasonably likely to occur.
Involved in the firm’s International Practice Group, which is focused on advising clients on international mergers and acquisitions, investments, trade arrangements and international dispute resolution. He coordinates efforts in this practice area that focus on China.
