Handles corporate, contractual, and securities work for both private and public companies, with an emphasis on technology companies.

Represents clients in corporate organizations, stock compensation plans, venture capital and other private financings, technology licensing, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures.

Handles all aspects of SEC compliance, including public offerings, on-going reporting, and corporate governance.

Lectures and publishes regularly on various corporate and securities law topics.

CAREER:

After law school, Ron worked for five years in the Silicon Valley in California before coming to Utah. He joined Jones Waldo in 1993.
