Jones Waldo has extensive experience in virtually all aspects of real estate law. We have worked on the negotiation and preparation of documents related to the acquisition and sale of real estate property (commercial, residential and multi-family), commercial leasing (including shopping center and office building leasing), and agreements pertaining to the development of real property improvements throughout the United States with dedicated offices in Salt Lake City, Park City, St. George, Chicago, and Provo. Our attorneys also have experience in the area of boundary law, easements, title review, and surveys. The Real Estate Department has extensive experience representing big-box retailers and handling leasing and resort development.
