McDonald Wins Motion to Dismiss |

Jones Waldo attorney Kathleen McDonald recently won a motion to dismiss a client from a federal court trademark infringement case for lack of personal jurisdiction. After McDonald first persuaded the magistrate to dismiss the case, the plaintiff then repackaged and refiled it with different causes of action and McDonald prevailed on a motion to dismiss the second case in front of the judge.
