Jones Waldo Welcomes Three New Attorneys


SALT LAKE CITY – July 19, 2016 Jones Waldo, one of Utah’s most enduring and prestigious law firms, is pleased to welcome three new attorneys. Daniel Daines, Brad Liddell, and Landon Hardastle recently joined the Salt Lake City office.

Daniel S. Daines represents public and privately held companies, investors, and entrepreneurs in complex business transactions, with particular focus in mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, business formation, corporate restructuring, private equity and venture capital transactions, fund formation, and regulatory compliance. Daines joins the firm as a shareholder, and is especially active in the technology, life sciences, healthcare, and financial services industries. Learn more about his background here.

Brad M. Liddell focuses on representing members of the construction industry in complex litigation. He joins the firm as an associate, and also counsels clients in preparing contracts, negotiating agreements, and analyzing various disputes that arise during and after the construction phase of projects. Landon A. Hardcastle’s practice experience is concentrated in commercial finance with an emphasis on real estate, securities-based, and other asset-based lending transactions. He joins the firm as an associate. His other experience includes documenting, negotiating, and closing loans for major national financial institutions across the country, including construction, term, mezzanine, and syndicated loans.
