Jones Waldo’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Practice Group has extensive experience representing virtually every constituency involved in a complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceeding. We also have considerable experience representing the interests of commercial lenders in Chapter 7 and 13 consumer bankruptcy proceedings. Our expertise is not limited to the bankruptcy arena, but extends to state and federal court collection actions, non-judicial foreclosure sales, commercial workouts, as well as counseling clients in anticipation of a bankruptcy filing.
