Jones Waldo’s Owners Association Practice Group is experienced in creating, documenting, and governing commercial, residential, and mixed use owners associations. We represent commercial and residential developers in the creation and establishment of condominium, planned-unit development, restricted subdivisions, and other common ownership interest regimes.
