“You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view . . . until you climb into his skin and walk around in it.” Atticus Finch, To Kill a Mockingbird. With this sentiment in mind, with careful thought and planning I guide each of my clients as they prepare for their life and legacy, knowing that each client’s needs and desires are unique and important.

Candice Pitcher is an associate in Jones Waldo’s estates & trusts practice group. She believes in a holistic approach to estate planning, focusing on her clients’ needs both pre- and post-death. Candice has guided her clients through life planning, using vehicles such as living wills, powers of attorney, cohabitation & separation agreements, domestic partnership agreements, adoptions, guardianships & conservatorships, and property ownership & use agreements. She has also helped her clients with traditional and nontraditional estate and legacy planning through various trust vehicles and customary wills. With listening and care, Candice guides her clients through these many options to achieve each client’s unique life and legacy needs.
