Practice Focus: 

General commercial matters, particularly involving real estate and real estate financing- Site acquisition (industrial, retail or office space); site development (shopping centers); CC&Rs and easements; survey analysis; title examination; negotiation and drafting of commercial and office leases

Promotions and marketing law - Provide advice on legally compliant sweepstakes, contests, and advertising, privacy issues, internet marketing, multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, business opportunity regulation

International law - Assist with setting up business in Germany, France, the UK, New Zealand, Canada and Australia

Qualifications: 
 • Graduate of the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law
 • Admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the state of Utah
 • Licensed as a Continuing Education Instructor by the State of Utah
 • Frequent presenter at legal seminars
 • Founding member and president of CREW Utah, a chapter of the national organization Commercial Real Estate Women Network
 • Founding member of the Jones Waldo Women Lawyers Group and Associate Managing Attorney of the St. George office of the firm
 • Treasurer of Real Property Section, Utah State Bar Association
