Jones Waldo client, Cutrubus Motors, received an arbitration ruling ordering Chrysler to reinstate Cutrubus, which was closed as part of a bankruptcy restructuring. The arbitrator found that Cutrubus, a Layton Chrysler dealership, had been profitable the year before it was forced to close. So far, of approximately 200 pending arbitrations, Chrysler has only lost twice, including their loss to Jones Waldo.
