Blake’s practice encompasses all aspects of real estate law, including sales, purchases, leasing, financing, development and redevelopment, easements, CC&R’s, owners’ associations, development agreements, due diligence review for title and survey matters and associated agreements. Blake works on projects located in every state in America, every province of Canada, as well as parts of Central America.

Blake is Chair of the firm’s Commercial Leasing Practice Group and has extensive experience in representing both tenants and landlords in retail, warehouse, office, theatre, golf course, ski resort, employee housing, medical office, convenience store, industrial and gas and oil projects located throughout the country.

Representative clients include Access Information Protected (second largest records storage and management company in the U.S.), Andeavor (formerly Tesoro Refining & Marketing Company), Lowe’s, Satterfield Helm, Woodbury Corporation, Canyons Resort Village Management Association, Instructure and Vivint.
