I represent clients in the construction industry in all types of issues and disputes arising from construction projects. My practice focuses on representing design professionals, owners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors in design or construction matters. I represent clients through the various forms of the adversarial process in mediation, arbitration, and complex litigation. I also counsel clients in preparing contracts, negotiating agreements, and analyzing various disputes that arise during and after the construction phase of projects.
