Catherine Fuge is an associate in the Real Estate Department and offers a broad range of experience including, business entity formation and financing, sales, mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations, commercial leasing, subdivision and land development, real estate contracts, zoning, rezoning, comprehensive land advice, as well as, architectural and environmental permitting and approvals.
Catherine provides start-to-finish legal support and clients have come to rely on her for her extensive experience.
Prior to working at Jones Waldo Catherine was a Vice President of PWM Compliance with Goldman Sachs (2018-2019), an associate at Goldman Sachs (2016-2017), and an associate at Atwill, Troxell & Leigh, P.C. in Leesburg, Virginia (2014-2016).
