Adam focuses on commercial litigation, including business disputes, intellectual property, trade secrets, copyright, defamation, employment, and real-property matters. Adam also has experience in federal and state appellate work. He provides thorough strategic analysis and advice to clients, including both litigation and non-litigation opportunities to further their interests.

Prior to joining Jones Waldo, Matt practiced law with two commercial litigation boutique firms in Salt Lake City.
