Practices in the areas of commercial litigation, employment law, bankruptcy law, water law, and intellectual property. Litigates cases involving complex factual and legal matters including breach of contract, employment discrimination, Ponzi schemes, breach of fiduciary duty, interference with contract, trade secrets, and patents and trademarks. Paul has tried cases before state and federal courts, the Adjudication Division of the Utah Labor Commission, and the U.S. Department of Labor. Paul also represents clients in acquiring and protecting U.S. trademark rights in proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
