We focus on small and middle-market acquisitions, ranging from the thousands to $200 million so we know the market.
Our industry experience is broad, from cutting-edge technology-driven companies in computer hardware and software, e-commerce, medical devices, and biotechnology, to more traditional companies in the healthcare, manufacturing, media, banking retail, and service industries. We have also handled all types of acquisitions, including include taxable and tax-free mergers, asset or divisional acquisitions, stock purchases, and leveraged buy-outs.
Because of our expertise and focus on our client’s experience, we often represent clients located outside of Utah with buying and selling companies throughout the United States. We are also experienced in managing foreign lawyers when representing clients who are buying companies in Canada, Central America, and South America.
