Liz joined Jones Waldo in 2011. She is a member of the Jones Waldo Board of Directors, the chair of the Jones Waldo Women Lawyers Group, and the Chair of the Associate Recruiting Committee.
Liz practices commercial litigation in several areas including complex business litigation, intellectual property litigation, natural resource litigation, and competitive employment issues.
She also serves as counsel in numerous matters involving shareholder and partnership disputes involving entities of various types and sizes. These include recognized outdoor apparel and equipment manufacturers, electronic manufacturing companies, as well as family real estate businesses.
Finally, Liz has extensive experience litigating competitive issues including both enforcement and defense of restrictive covenants. In addition, she counsels and represents public and private employers on labor and employment matters including, but not limited to collective bargaining, grievances, arbitration, labor litigation and related matters.
When she isn’t working, Liz enjoys exploring the Wasatch Mountains with her husband and two dogs. Liz is an avid ultra-runner and finisher of the Wasatch 100.
