Diversity & Inclusion Committee

At Jones Waldo, we recognize that our ability to function at the highest level of our profession is enhanced by creating a team of attorneys and staff who bring the benefits of a large range of backgrounds.

Jones Waldo is placing a high priority on implementing new approaches to attract and retain attorneys and staff with different backgrounds and life experiences. Creating a Diversity and Inclusion Committee is a key strategic component in this process. Charged with identifying ways to achieve the firm’s diversity goals and allocating resources necessary to foster inclusions within the firm, this committee will create and monitor the success of our firm’s diversity initiatives. It will also support the diversity and inclusion related efforts of other committees, such as our executive committee, mentoring committee and recruiting committee.

Jones Waldo is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we welcome the opportunity to enhance our efforts in this area. Diversity is an important feature of Jones Waldo’s core values that we carry as part of our vision for the future of our business.

Jones Waldo’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee is chaired by, Stephen Clark
