Jones Waldo is placing a high priority on implementing new approaches to attract and retain attorneys and staff with different backgrounds and life experiences. Creating a Diversity and Inclusion Committee is a key strategic component in this process. Charged with identifying ways to achieve the firm’s diversity goals and allocating resources necessary to foster inclusions within the firm, this committee will create and monitor the success of our firm’s diversity initiatives. It will also support the diversity and inclusion related efforts of other committees, such as our executive committee, mentoring committee and recruiting committee.
